This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for SerpDino, a subscription-based SERP tracking and keyword monitoring service. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Refunds are provided at Paddle's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle (our payment processor and Merchant of Record) on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.

Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires. However, this right does not apply to digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire.

Digital Content Exception

By purchasing and accessing our service, you consent to immediate performance of this agreement. You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered and you have started using the service.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
